     This week's interview series is with a friend I know through the Chicago hip-hop community.  We're Facebook friends and saw one of his posts promoting his Instagram account: @excelsior1975.  He had some amazing content and also is a comic book collector!  Check him out on Instagram for all the incredible stuff he's put together.

     This interview series is with a long-time seller on Facebook and an admin of one of the larger comic book groups I'm in.  I've bought from him several times and his packing has always been top notch and delivery timely.  I figure he'd be a great person for our next interview series.

     This interview series is another seller that I met from one of the many various Facebook groups.  I've bought from him several times and he not only is he a great packer but also a great guy to talk comics about.  He runs MAFO Collectibles and offers great comics at great prices, check him out!

     This interview series is with another great product that I found out about while interviewing Victor Otero of Gator Guards.  If you've been following my #comicbooktiptuesday on our Instagram, you'll know one of the tips I've mentioned is to always check the back of books before you buy them.  And this product allows for you to see them without taking them out of the bag.  We got a chance to sit down with the founder and learn more about their origins and their goals.

     It seems that the pandemic has created an incredible resurgence into the collectibel market.  For some, stimulus payments were spent on collectibles., especially in the comic world.  The hobby saw high graded key books sell for all-time records

    If you're a Spider-Man fan, this interview will be a treat for sure!  This interview series is with an owner of one of the most unique and premier collections of Spider-Man pieces.  Bruce Wechtenhiser has been collecting everything Spider-Man since he was little.  And from the looks of just some of the collection, he has a one of a kind collections all collectors can aspire to reach.

     This interview series with is with an artist I met through the Facebook groups I'm in.  I kept seeing some great distinctive artwork and found it was her that created all these great pieces.  Tiffany Groves has some amazing work and we caught up with her to get an inside perspective as an artist.

     There is often a bad taste in a lot of collector's mouths from mystery boxes.  The appeal of a mystery box is usually a chance at a high value book or a minor/major key with your purchase of a box of random comics curated by the seller. There are several that are popular however this interview is with Jeff Brogan, who hands down in my opinion, has the best mystery boxes out there.  A great seller who truly packs books well and is super nice, he also moderates a few Facebook groups and manages to do hundreds of mystery boxes pretty frequently.
